Rachel Jacobs to chair the CLE “Hot Issues in Personal Injury” at Cardozo Law School in New York
We are proud to announce that only 3 years after graduating from Law School, our associate, New York personal injury lawyer Rachel Jacobs, is already chairing a Continuous Education Seminar (CLE) at Cardozo Law School on Tuesday March 21st at 6:30 pm. Entitled “Hot Issues in Personal Injury,” this seminar will cover the following subjects:
- tort trends
- new tort claims
- damage trends
- current legislation
- vision for future in industry
- how the insurance industry is reacting
- how to preserve the jury system
- how mediation is on up swing
Rachel will be chairing the seminar which will feature other Cardozo Alumni including the New York State Trial Lawyers Association President Edward Gersowitz from Gersowitz Libo & Korek, P.C., a past NYSLA president Shoshana T. Bookson from The Law Offices of Shoshana T. Bookson as well as Michael Jaffe, also a past NYSTLA President from Pazer, Epstein, Jaffe & Fein, P.C. and Mark S. Yagerman from Smith Mazure Director Wilkins Young & Yagerman P.C..
