A pedestrian was fatally struck by a van in NYC on Thursday. The accident happened at the intersection of Jerome Avenue and Shakespeare Avenue in the Bronx. The man was crossing the street where the two avenues make a V shape when he was hit by the van. The driver of the van, Danny Telpha, a Bronx plumber, sstayed at the scene of the accident.
