Among the most recent notable results, our personal injury attorneys set a new record for a pain and suffering award in NY State when the Appellate Division of New York affirmed a record 29 million for a student who suffered devastating burn injuries during a botched chemical experiment at a New York City high school.

Our attorneys were also able to change the doctrine of law known as “zone of danger” in which an immediate family member witnessing another family member getting injured or killed can obtain compensation  for emotional distress.
