A young man who was crossing the road mid-block suffered critical personal injury after being struck by a car in Brooklyn, NYC. The accident happened as the pedestrian was crossing at Third Ave near 22nd street in Sunset Park with another man. The driver said that he saw them but he couldn’t get out of his lane to avoid them.
